The agency matching program
People use our matching form to describe what they want built. We read every enquiry and introduce it to a small number of listed agencies whose profile fits. This page sets out the terms for agencies.
How an introduction happens
A buyer submits the form with their project, budget range, industry and timeline. A person reads it; nothing is forwarded automatically. We then send the enquiry to the participating agencies whose listing best matches it, normally two or three, never more than five. The buyer knows this is how it works, because our privacy page says so in bold.
There is no fee. We do not charge agencies for introductions and we do not charge buyers for matches.
Enquiries from our own form are one source of introductions. The other is the Lead Exchange, where listed agencies pass on the leads they cannot serve to a vetted agency that fits and earn a commission on the work. Neither side pays us. Receiving exchange leads requires an application on top of the three requirements below.
What participation requires
Introductions go to listed agencies that participate in the program. Participating means three things:
- Be listed. Listings are free and editorial; you can submit your agency for review. We write the listing ourselves, drawbacks included, and submission is not a guarantee of inclusion.
- Display your AI Agency Radar badge on your site. Every listed agency has a badge page with embed snippets. The badge is how a buyer can check that the profile an introduction came from is really yours, and how we verify that you stand behind your listing.
- Be reachable. Enquiries are time-sensitive. If introductions repeatedly go unanswered, we stop sending them.
Participation never touches the rankings
Rankings come from the published formula and from it alone: participating in the matching program does not move an agency up, declining does not move it down, and the pros and cons on a listing do not soften because introductions are flowing. If we ever cannot match an enquiry well from participating agencies alone, we tell the buyer that rather than stretching a fit.
Why the badge, stated plainly
We are a young directory and we do not pretend otherwise. The badge tells buyers a listing is claimed and current, and badges that link here also help people find the directory. Both things are true. We will not trade ranking positions for badges: the badge requirement belongs to the matching program, which is a service, while the rankings follow the published formula alone.
Questions
Write to [email protected]. If you were introduced to a buyer and it went badly, we want to know that too; it tells us something our matching missed.
