Share the leads you decline, receive the ones that fit

Agencies turn away good leads every week: wrong stack, too small, no capacity. The Lead Exchange passes them to a vetted agency that fits, and the agency that shared the lead earns a commission on the work. Sharing is free. Receiving is free and by application.

Monetize the leads you turn away

Share a lead in five minutes. We match it to the best-fitting vetted agency, you make the introduction, and you typically earn 10 to 20 percent of what the buyer pays in the first year. You hear from us by email at every step, and a status page for your leads follows later this year. Free, no commitment, no account.

Share a lead

Get leads that already fit

Every lead comes from an agency that talked to the buyer and turned the work down for a reason that has nothing to do with its quality. You receive only leads that match your categories, your budget floor, your timezone and your language. Two business hours to accept, first to accept wins, at most a handful open at once so distribution stays fair. Admission requires a verified rating, a reference call and a displayed badge; seats are capped at one executor for every ten sharing agencies. No fee.

How a lead moves

  1. Shared. The sharing agency describes the buyer's need, budget, timezone and timeline. The sharer describes the buyer; no name or contact details enter the exchange.
  2. Screened. A person reads every lead before it goes anywhere. Leads that do not hold up go back to the sharer with a reason.
  3. Offered. The three best-fitting executors receive the brief at the same time and have two business hours to accept. First acceptance wins; if nobody accepts, the next three receive it.
  4. Introduced. The sharer gets the executor's contact and introduces the buyer by email within 48 hours. The buyer's details move through a person the buyer already knows.
  5. Contracted. The executor reports when a contract is signed, then reports invoiced revenue monthly for twelve months.
  6. Paid. The executor pays the sharer the agreed commission directly, for each month invoiced, against those reports. Both parties see the same ledger.

What it costs

Nothing, on either side. We do not charge sharers, we do not charge executors, and we take no share of any commission.

The exchange and the rankings

Activity on the Lead Exchange, as sharer or executor, has no effect on any ranking, badge or listing. Rankings come from the published formula alone. Executors are chosen for a lead by fit, budget, timezone, language, history on the exchange and current load; ranking position and Top choice status are not inputs to matching.

The sharer terms, executor agreement and agent agreement template are published in full.
