Lead Exchange terms
Three documents govern the exchange. They are short on purpose. Version 2026-09-05; the version you agreed to is recorded with your submission.
Sharer terms
These apply to any agency that shares a lead through the exchange. Sharing is free.
- Who may share. An agency, submitting from an email address on its own domain. Individuals and lead brokers may not share.
- What you warrant. That the buyer is real, that every detail you give is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are entitled to refer the buyer, and that the buyer's willingness to be introduced is as you stated on the form. If you stated that it has not been discussed, you obtain the buyer's agreement before you make the introduction.
- No buyer identities. You describe the buyer; at sharing, no name, company name or contact details enter the exchange. Briefs containing names, company names, email addresses, web addresses or phone numbers are rejected.
- The introduction is yours to make. When an executor accepts, you introduce the buyer to the executor by email within 48 hours and confirm to us that you have done so. We are not copied on the introduction and never see the buyer's contact details. When an executor reports a contract, the buyer's company name is recorded for the commission ledger. If you do not introduce within 48 hours, the acceptance lapses, the agent agreement formed at acceptance ends, and the lead returns to the pool.
- Exclusivity. While an offer round is open on a lead, and after an executor has accepted it and while the executor is in talks with the buyer, you do not share the same lead on another exchange or introduce the buyer to another agency. Once the lead returns to you, you are free.
- Commission. The rate you state on the form is the rate the executor agrees to on acceptance, under the agent agreement below. It is paid to you by the executor directly. AI Agency Radar takes no part of it and does not collect, hold or guarantee it.
- Reliability. Executors rate each resolved lead on whether the buyer was reachable, the budget was as described, and the buyer had agreed to an introduction. A sharer below half on five or more rated leads is paused and contacted before any further leads are accepted.
- Limits. Five leads per day. Leads are screened by a person and may be declined with a reason.
- Rankings. Sharing has no effect on any ranking, badge or listing on this site.
Executor agreement
These apply to a listed agency admitted to receive leads. Admission is free and by review.
- Admission. Requires a current listing, the badge displayed on your own site, either a verified rating of 4.5 or higher on at least five reviews on Clutch, G2 or Google plus one reference call conducted by us, or, for an unrated agency, three reference calls conducted by us, and acceptance of this agreement. Seats are capped per category at one executor for every ten registered sharers, rounded up, with a floor of three.
- Offers. Leads are offered to up to three executors at once. You have two business hours in your timezone to accept or decline. Business hours are 08:00 to 20:00 in your timezone; a clock that would expire outside them pauses until the next window. First acceptance wins. Accepting is a commitment to pursue the lead in good faith and to pay the sharer's commission if you win the work.
- Caps. At most three leads awaiting your decision and six in active conversation at any time.
- Reporting. You report when a contract is signed, then report revenue invoiced to the buyer monthly for twelve months from the first invoice, through the link we send. A missed report pauses offers to you; a second missed report ends your seat.
- Commission. You pay the sharer the agreed percentage of revenue you invoice to the buyer in the twelve months from your first invoice, monthly, within 14 days after the end of each month in which you invoiced, directly to the sharer. AI Agency Radar is not a party to that payment. If you mark a lead lost and then contract the buyer within twelve months of the introduction, the commission is owed all the same.
- Audit. The sharer may, once per quarter, ask to see invoices issued to the referred buyer, and you provide them within 14 days.
- Lost leads and prior relationships. If the buyer does not proceed, you say so with a reason and the lead may return to the pool once, at the sharer's choice. If on introduction you find you were already in talks with the buyer, you say so within five business days, with evidence, and no commission is owed; the lead returns to the sharer, who may share it again. Otherwise the introduction stands.
- Conduct. You do not contact the buyer before the sharer's introduction, do not share the brief outside your agency, and do not solicit the sharer's other clients.
- Rankings. Receiving leads has no effect on any ranking, badge or listing on this site, and your ranking has no effect on which leads you receive.
- Ending. Either side may end this agreement with 30 days' notice. Reporting and commission duties on leads already won survive for their twelve months.
Agent agreement template
Formed between the sharer and the executor at the moment of acceptance. The fields in brackets are filled from the lead record and sent to both parties; each confirms by reply, and the replies are the record.
- Parties. [Sharer agency] (the Referrer) and [Executor agency] (the Provider), for lead [reference].
- Referral. The Referrer introduces the buyer described in the lead record to the Provider. The Provider acknowledges that the buyer was introduced by the Referrer.
- Commission. The Provider pays the Referrer [rate] percent of all revenue the Provider invoices to the buyer during the twelve months following the first invoice, including on any contract with the buyer signed within twelve months of the introduction, however it came about.
- Payment. Monthly, within 14 days after the end of each month in which the Provider invoiced the buyer, to the account the Referrer names.
- Ending. This agreement ends if the Referrer does not introduce the buyer within 48 hours of acceptance, or if the Provider reports within five business days of the introduction, with evidence, that it was already in talks with the buyer. After such a report the lead returns to the Referrer, who may share it again. Duties on revenue already invoiced survive.
- Records. The Provider keeps records of invoices to the buyer and shows them to the Referrer on request, once per quarter.
- Independence. The Referrer is not the Provider's agent for any other purpose, makes no promise about the buyer beyond the lead record, and takes no responsibility for the Provider's work.
- AI Agency Radar. Facilitates the introduction and records reports. It is not a party to this agreement, holds no funds, and has no liability under it.
- Disputes. The parties try to settle any dispute between themselves first. Failing that, the law and courts of the Provider's place of business apply, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
Changes
We may change these terms. A change applies to leads shared and applications made after it is published. Admitted executors are notified, and the change applies to them 30 days later. The version quoted in an acceptance email governs that lead's agent agreement; the version recorded with a submission governs that submission.
