About Single Grain

Single Grain leads with AEO and GEO and offers AI implementation for marketing teams alongside SEO, paid media execution and conversion work. Clutch records 4.8 from 12 reviews and a $10,000 minimum project size, and the agency names two proprietary tools, ClickFlow and Karrot.

The gap between the positioning and the recorded work is the problem. Clutch's own service breakdown is 40% SEO, 30% pay per click, 20% conversion optimization and 10% digital strategy, with no AI line at all, so whatever the site claims about proprietary AI systems and agents is not yet visible in what clients buy. No model is named behind either tool, and the agency does not settle on a location: its own site says Miami while Clutch says Los Angeles.

Our verdict

Single Grain is a competent small SEO and paid media shop with a reasonable review record and an accessible project minimum, and if that is what you need it is a fair call. As an AI marketing purchase it does not hold up on the evidence available. The service list opens with AEO and GEO while Clutch's recorded mix allocates nothing to AI at all, the proprietary systems it claims are named but never explained and no model sits behind them, and the agency does not settle on which city it operates from. Buy the search and paid media work here, not the AI positioning.

Pros

  • 4.8 from 12 Clutch reviews against a $10,000 minimum project size
  • Answer engine optimization heads the service list, ahead of conventional SEO

Cons

  • Clutch's recorded service mix contains no AI line at all, so the AI positioning is not visible in what clients actually buy
  • Claims proprietary AI systems and agents but names no model behind either tool
  • Its own site and its Clutch profile give different cities, and neither a founding year nor a team size is published
