About Go Nimbly
Go Nimbly has been doing revenue operations since 2013, which predates the category most of this ranking sits in. The service list is architecture and analysis: CRM data models, lead scoring, lead-to-opportunity workflow, quote-to-cash, funnel analytics and win/loss, with agentic GTM workflows added on top. Nothing about it is a sending service.
The published case studies name Intercom, Superhuman, Culture Amp, Scale AI, Rippling, Zendesk, Twilio, Plaid, Coursera and Braze, and Clay lists the firm at Elite Studio tier on its own directory. What the agency does not publish is an address, a team size or a price. The entry figures come from directories and disagree sharply: $5,000 a month on Clay's listing against a $50,000 minimum project size and $150-$199 an hour on Clutch.

Our verdict
This is the systems end of the category. Go Nimbly builds and repairs the machinery inside a client's CRM and leaves it there, and the roster behind that claim is one of the two strongest here. The gap is evidence and disclosure. Two Clutch reviews for a firm operating since 2013 means the public record is almost entirely its own case studies, and with no HQ, team size or price on its own site, every hard number a buyer might check comes from a third-party directory. Those directories then disagree by an order of magnitude on cost, so the first call has to establish which figure is real before anything else gets discussed.
Pros
- Publishes named case studies for Intercom, Twilio, Zendesk, Rippling, Plaid and Scale AI
- Operating since 2013, with RevOps architecture as the founding discipline rather than a recent addition
- Clay Elite Studio tier, confirmed on Clay's own directory
Cons
- Two Clutch reviews for a firm founded in 2013, so the public evidence is almost entirely self-published
- Publishes no HQ, team size or pricing on its own site
- Entry price cannot be pinned down: Clay's directory says $5,000 a month, Clutch says a $50,000 minimum project size
