About 2V Automation

2V Automation sells process work rather than tooling. The published engagements are ordinary operational problems (quote-to-cash, accounts receivable, field service dispatch, compliance paperwork, client onboarding) rebuilt with n8n as the orchestration layer and one of the major model providers doing the judgment work. Six of those engagements are published with figures attached, which is more outcome detail than most of this category offers.

The firm's own record is less tidy than its case studies. Clutch registers the company in Lisbon, Portugal while its own site and the n8n directory present New York and a US, Canada and UK footprint. The 2016 founding year appears on Clutch only; the company's own site claims 15 years of business-automation delivery behind the team, which is a statement about people rather than about the company. A buyer running standard diligence should ask which entity is contracting.

Our verdict

For a mid-market operations lead with a defined process to rebuild and a budget in the $10,000 to $50,000 range, the evidence here is among the better sets on this page: named clients with hour figures attached, 19 independent reviews, and an actual hourly band published rather than a request to inquire. The service surface is wide, though, and that cuts against it. Nine industries, nine service lines and eleven named tools is a general automation consultancy that does a lot of its work in n8n, not an n8n specialist in the way the firm above it is, and the platform certification is only months old. The entry price is also contradictory: the n8n directory shows a $5,000 lower band while Clutch states a $10,000 minimum, and the firm explicitly targets companies past $1M in revenue, so anyone smaller should assume the higher number applies to them.

Pros

  • Six client engagements published with stated time savings, including 230 hours a month for FirePlan Strategies and 300+ hours a month of manual work removed for Signature Champions
  • 19 reviews on Clutch at 5.0; one of only three agencies in this category with a double-digit review count on a major directory
  • Publishes an hourly band ($50-$99 on Clutch) as well as project bands, which most agencies here do not
  • Certified as an n8n Expert Partner in December 2025, while the program was still a closed pilot with founding partners, months before its public rollout

Cons

  • The stated headquarters conflicts across sources. Its own site and the n8n directory present New York; Clutch registers the company in Lisbon, Portugal.
  • The entry price contradicts itself: the n8n directory shows a $5,000 lower band while Clutch states a $10,000 minimum project size.
  • Explicitly targets companies past $1M in revenue, which rules it out for early-stage and micro-business automation.
